Ingredients: Baking Soda, Corn Starch, and Essential Oils

**Breathe Easy contains Peppermint, Spearmint & Eucalyptus Essential Oils; Relax & Unwind contains Peppermint, Patchouli, Orange, Lavender & Basil Essential Oils; Headache Relief contains Peppermint & Lavender Essential Oils

Instructions: Just add 1-2 disks to shower floor while taking a shower and let the warm water "melt" the disks to release the aroma of the essential oils. Disks may not completely melt away in 1 shower.
